With the astro function, the twilight for the morning and evening is calculated on the basis of the postal code entered.
To use this function, please proceed as follows:
Select menu item 2 (switching times), confirm ON with OK, the switching time that is now entered is the earliest time for opening in the morning. If, for example, 7:00 is entered, there will be no automatic opening before 7:00 even if it is already light at 6:00. Confirm with OK and now select Astro. Confirm again with OK.
In the next step the closing time is set in the same way as the opening time, the switching time is the latest time. If the closing is to take place via Astro, a very late time must be set here, e.g. 23:00. For the closing time, you can choose between Normal, Astro and Sensor. With Astro the time is calculated, with Sensor the twilight is measured, for this a sun twilight sensor is needed. Depending on this choice, different settings are available in menu item 4.
Normal = no setting option
Astro = Offset setting, the calculated switching time can be changed in 10min steps plus and minus
Sensor = In the display, the measured twilight value is shown on the left and the adjustable limit value on the right.
