If the Rollotron only moves when you press the UP or DOWN key continuously, then no end points are stored.
Please save the upper and lower end points. With stored end points, a short press of the UP or DOWN key is sufficient to move the roller shutter to the upper or lower end point. The automatic function is only possible with set end points!
