There may be DuoFern devices stored in the remote control that are currently no longer present. However, the remote control still tries to reach them.
Solution: Activate the clean-up function of your 9491 remote control by pressing and holding the Connect button on the back of the remote control for approx. 5 seconds until the LED flashes orange. The LED will then change to green to acknowledge successful cleanup.
The remote control reacts very sluggishly. The LED remains orange for a long time. What could be the cause?
