End points have probably not yet been set on the RolloTron. For safety reasons, the remote control only works with valid end points. To do this, press the end point key with the corresponding direction key, Up or Down, and hold it down until the desired end point is reached.
The RolloTron 9400/9405 does not respond to the remote control although it has been validly registered, why?
