Function description:
In the inverted mode, the window/door contact sends the opposite status. If the magnet is in the immediate vicinity of the sensor part, the device normally sends the status "closed". If the inverted mode is activated, the status "open" is sent in this case.
Likewise, the commands "Automatic ON/OFF" and "ON/OFF" are sent inverted/opposed.
Change mode:
The mode is set when the learning process is activated.
If you want to change the mode, the learning process must be restarted.
To do this, open the cover of the sensor. Press and hold the S key and observe the LED in the device. Release the S key as soon as the desired mode is reached.
After 3 seconds the LED flashes green = window mode, in this mode a tilted position must also be measured in
After 6 seconds the LED flashes blue = door mode, in this mode the status closed is sent when the magnet is at the sensor.
After 9 seconds the LED flashes red = door mode inverted, in this mode closed is sent when the magnet is away from the sensor.
Function control:
After teach-in, the sensor beeps in the first 5 minutes at every status change. If this is not the case for you, repeat the learning process.
Check the status in the Rademacher app and pay attention here initially only to the text that is displayed, i.e. closed, open or if necessary also tilted. The timestamp must update with every status change.
Finally, check the icon. For example, if you are using the window, door or lock and see that the icon does not match the status, open the configuration of the device and click on the icon. Here you will find the item "Change icon" at the very top.
