Important: After the reset, the end points must be taught in again and, if necessary, transmitters/sensors/central units must be registered again.
Reset via pushbutton:
To perform the reset, the power supply for the motor must be switched on (gray wire on L1).
In addition, the two control lines for up (▲) and down (▼) must be switched to phase ( L ) together for approx. 5 seconds.
To do this, use either the universal setting cable available from specialist dealers or an external series pushbutton switch with two switching contacts.
A valid reset is acknowledged by a short push on the motor.
Reset via HomePilot:
If the S-line DuoFern tubular motor is registered with the HomePilot, you have the option of performing a reset via the HomePilot app or via the PC interface.
Select the motor and open the configuration. Two options are available under General. With the "Factory reset" button, the motor is completely reset. All registered transmitters must then be registered again.
With Delete device settings, everything is deleted except for the registered devices.
Reset via central control unit 9493-1
If the S-line DuoFern tubular motor is registered with the central operating unit 9493-1, you have the option of performing a reset via the central operating unit.
Select the device and then open the menu. Under Settings> Device > Device reset, the set data is deleted. The registered devices are retained.
