- To register the Philips Hue Bridge with the SmartHome Box, the SmartHome Box must have the latest firmware installed. At least 5.1.8. (Settings > Device configuration > Maintenance)
- The Hue Bridge and the SmartHome Box must be in the same network.
- The Hue Bridge must be up to date with the latest firmware.
- The Hue and the SmartHome Box must not have any restrictions in the network that restrict communication. (Parental control, guest network, etc.)
- If the SmartHome Box is operated via WLAN and repeaters are used, you should establish a connection via LAN if possible and repeat the registration process.
- Restart the bridge and the SmartHome Box once and repeat the process.
- In some cases, it may take some time for the Hue Bridge to be found. To do this, leave the login mode running for a longer period of time. After 15 minutes, the process is automatically terminated by the SmartHome Box.
- If necessary, restart the router and then repeat the login process.
If the bridge is not found, please connect the SmartHome Box and bridge directly to the router via LAN cable and repeat the process!
