There are several reasons that cause the temperature to be lowered to 4°C.
- In the time program of the room thermostat, a temperature of 4° is linked to a switching point in time
- Check in the menu under point 2 whether there is a setpoint temperature of 4°C and delete this switching point by clicking up the associated switching point until four dashes can be seen
- if the room thermostat is operated via the HomePilot, select the receiver mode. To do this, select the value 1 in the menu under point 9-9-2.
- If the room thermostat is controlled with the HomePilot, please check which scenes the device is involved in. Check whether a setpoint temperature of 4°C is stored in one of the listed scenes.
- Delete the scenes or change the configuration accordingly.
- If you have registered a window/door contact directly on the room thermostat, the setpoint temperature will be lowered to 4°C as soon as the window is opened.
- Check the function of the registered window/door contact. Possibly the position of the magnet has changed slightly. Relearn the position of the window if necessary.
- If you use several room thermostats, it is possible that you have accidentally registered them with each other. In this case, the devices influence each other and switch on and off.
- Open the menu item 9-9-1 of the room thermostat. Here you will see how many devices are logged in. If, for example, a 2 is displayed here, although you have only registered the HomePilot, start the logout mode by tapping the Down key. the logout mode is active for two minutes. Now find the second room thermostat where one device too many is displayed and start the logout mode as well. The devices are disconnected and count down one number.
