If you have previously operated your DuoFern devices with the 9493 central operating unit and are now upgrading to the SmartHome Box, the data cannot simply be transferred.
However, you can use the remote login function of the central operating unit so that you do not have to activate the login mode on the individual devices.
Proceed as follows:
Call up the login mode of the SmartHome Box and start it.
Now select the menu item 1-1-2-3 on the 9493 central operating unit and select the first actuator. For example, Group 1 Actuator 1. Tap the Up button once. This switches the actuator to registration mode and it appears in the SmartHome Box after a short time. Assign a name and repeat the process for all other devices.
You can of course continue to use the central operating unit as a remote control, but please switch off the automatic functions. Under menu item 1-3-2-3, you can set the twilight function to OFF for the morning and evening. Please also switch any time programs to OFF.
