This is probably due to the fact that the browser you are using has not loaded some data correctly.
Especially after updates, the browser cache must be emptied so that all functions are available again and all displays are shown correctly.

Please also check your browser version.
The SmartHome Box supports most browsers for PC and Mac. We recommend that you always use the latest browser version. This will ensure that the pages load quickly. If you are using an older browser, you may no longer be able to use some functions because functions have been updated.
Internet Explorer can no longer be used to access the SmartHome Box interface.
