Normal operation
A tubular motor (roller shutter motor) must be able to hold the roller shutter curtain in any position.
The prerequisite is that the tubular motor
has beenselected to fit the size and weight of the roller shutter curtain.
Possible cause?
If the roller shutter curtain sinks down by itself, it probably indicates a defect in the motor brake.
How can the problem be solved?
Unfortunately, a defect or malfunction of the brake cannot be solved by yourself! Support from the service department is necessary here. Please contact the service here.
