Activate registration mode:
By default, both handheld transmitters are already registered on the garage door drive on the large button. If you want to register another hand-held transmitter or have logged off a hand-held transmitter already included in the scope of delivery and want to register it again, proceed as follows.
1. Press "S" for approx. 2 seconds and then release.
2. Fixed zero appears in the display on the left side, this signals the registration mode for the SX5 handheld transmitters. In addition, two green dots flash briefly at the bottom of the display. The login mode is active for 10 seconds.
3. Registering a handheld transmitter.
Press twice on the key of the handheld transmitter desired for operating the garage door drive. During registration, the drive emits a signal tone for acknowledgement.
Note! After successful registration, you can operate your garage door drive with the handheld transmitter. You can register up to 16 additional handheld transmitters.
Register a DuoFern transmitter, e.g. a HomePilot®:
In order for the RolloPort SX5 DuoFern to receive control commands from the DuoFern network, you must register it once with the DuoFern network. You can also register up to 20 DuoFern transmitters.
1. Press "S" for approx. 2 seconds and then release.
2. A fixed zero appears on the left side of the display and a circulating zero on the right side - the registration mode is active for 10 seconds. In addition, two green dots flash briefly at the bottom of the display.
3. the logon takes place automatically. After successful login, the left dot lights up for approx. two seconds.
4. bring the respective DuoFern transmitter into the login mode according to the operating instructions.
Notice:
The RolloPort SX5 DuoFern may only be used in automatic mode (automatic closing) with an additionally connected light barrier. If the signal from the light barrier is interrupted while the garage door is closing, the garage door drive stops and then moves to the upper end point.
