We offer regular updates for the HomePilot and the Start2Smart Bridge, which should then also be installed promptly.
An update can ONLY be installed if you are in the local network and connected to the HomePilot or the bridge via local access. An update via WR Connect is not possible.
This applies to the HomePilot App and to access via computer.
Make sure that you are connected locally to the HomePilot. The smartphone must be in the same network as the HomePilot. The connection can be checked under Settings > Current device. Behind the UID of the device it will say either "local" or "WR Connect".
In the browser bar must be the hostname of the HomePilot, for example http://homepilot.local or the IP address of the HomePilot. Only then the update can be executed.
If you have logged in via https://portal.homepilot.de/login, you will see that an update is available. However, this is not offered for installation.
