For automation, you need a scene in which the device must be included, as well as the appropriate trigger. You can find more information about this in our videos.
If the device is not controlled as desired, please check the following settings:
Call the device in the overview and open the configuration. At the bottom you will see how many scenes the device is involved in. Click on the info to see which scenes are involved. e.g. "Close EG". Here you would also see that the scene that the device is supposed to control is not present at all.
Also check under Automatics whether the corresponding automatic is switched on for the device.
Now call up the corresponding scene and make sure that the scene is active. Now open the configuration of the scene.
Check the target state of the device concerned. For time controls, a defined state must be specified. Scenes that are controlled by twilight, sun, wind or rain must usually be set to "Direct".
Check the stored trigger by clicking on Trigger.
You can see directly from the symbol which event it is. Time control, dawn etc.
Now call up the appropriate trigger in the Trigger area and make sure that it is active. Open the configuration of the trigger and check the setting for correctness.
Once again, make sure that the trigger is linked to the appropriate scene.
Make sure that the desired days are selected under Days.
If you see conditions in this trigger, check them for plausibility.
