After 20 years of product availability and the extended spare parts support of the last 5 years, the support and spare parts delivery program for the product family has expired.
To meet the increasing customer requirements in the Smarthome segment, our current radio system DuoFern is available as a complete solution.
DuoFern products are Rademacher "Smart Home ready" and thus fit for the future. For example, you can automatically control your shading, lighting, heating or garage door. All this is possible in the simplest version with a radio remote control and in conjunction with our smart home central HomePilot® also mobile on the go with your smartphone.
See with the HomePilot app via tablet or smartphone from anywhere whether your shading is really closed or light is still burning and control your integrated devices locally or remotely.
The current DuoFern radio system works with status feedback and is therefore technically not compatible with the older radio system generation Fernotron.
From 01.09.2021 - 31.12.2021 you can benefit from our current Fernotron change

Modernize and replace your existing Fernotron products against the current DuoFern products and we pay them as a private end customer once 20% (max. 250€)* cashback for the new DuoFern products on their bill back to you!

Conditions of participation:
- You exchange your existing Fernotron products for DuoFern products.
- We will pay back 20% (max. 250,00€) of the purchase sum of the listed DuoFern products on an issued invoice of our (specialized) dealers to you as cash back.
- Eligible are private end customers over 18 years. Wholesalers and retailers are not eligible - not even on behalf of end customer associations.
- Participation in the promotion is valid once per end customer and system with invoice in the promotion period.
- The promotion cannot be combined with other Rademacher promotions. Period of the action is valid from 01.09.2021-31.12.2021.
- The serial numbers of the old Fernotron products including invoice must be submitted to RADEMACHER as proof.
