The I-line tubular motor is a plug & play motor, which means that the end points are taught in independently by the tubular motor. The prerequisites for this are stoppers or an end strip on the roller shutter curtain and normal fastening springs or rigid shaft connectors. The motor is then simply moved in the desired direction and stops automatically.
You can also set the end points manually using the set button on the motor head. The motor is moved in the desired direction by roller shutter switch or timer and at the same time the set button on the motor head is pressed and held until the desired end point is reached. Release the button, done.
Furthermore, the end points can be adjusted with our universal adjustment cable. Connect the motor in the same color to the universal setting cable and switch the lower switch to running direction 1 or 2. As soon as the motor starts to run, switch on the upper right switch and leave the switch on until the desired end point is reached. As soon as you set the lower switch to the middle position, the end point is stored.
In the following video the end point setting via universal setting cable Art. No. 4090-1 is described.
