A reset is possible via the HomePilot or via the central operating unit in conjunction with the ConfigTool.
HomePilot:
Select Configuration - Actuators - Advanced settings. The simple reset deletes all motor parameters, such as end points, direction of rotation, automations, ventilation positions, sun positions, etc. The full reset also deletes all saved DuoFern devices. The device is reset to factory settings after the complete reset.
Hand control unit in connection with the Configtool:
Start the tool and click on Actuator configuration (small box at the bottom right) and select Reset.
Again, you have the option to do a reset or a full reset.
A reset can also be performed via the connection cable in conjunction with the button on the motor head. To do this, connect the connecting cable of the motor in the same color to the cord switch setting device. Switch the switch to the center position (= motor de-energized) Press and hold the key on the motor head, only press the SET key (=voltage on white or gray line) and the switch in the UP direction (=voltage on black line) simultaneously. After approx. 5 seconds the motor will jerk briefly and is reset. Immediately switch the switch to the center position and then reset the end points.
