The RolloTube S-line DuoFern can teach the end points for the awning independently. After learning the lower end point, the motor retracts until a certain counterpressure has been built up by the arms. If the motor is very strong or the springs are set relatively lightly, it may happen that the motor does not recognize the required counterpressure and retracts completely accordingly.
Solution:
In this case, set the end points manually.
