The following sequence must be observed when connecting the HomePilot®. 1.
1. plug the enclosed LAN cable into the LAN port of the HomePilot® and connect it to a free LAN port of your router. 3.
Connect the enclosed power supply unit to the power input [ DC 5 V/3 A ] of the HomePilot® and then plug the power supply unit into a free 230 V / 50 Hz mains socket.

Connections and buttons:
** During a reset, all data is deleted and the factory setting is loaded.
To perform the reset, pull the power supply out of the HomePilot. Then press and hold the reset button with a thin object (paper clip) and then, keeping the button pressed, plug the power supply back in.
Keep the button pressed until the LED lights up red.

Open the cover on the bottom of the HomePilot® and insert the DuoFern USB stick into one of the free USB ports and close the cover again.
Plug the enclosed LAN cable into the LAN port of the HomePilot® and connect it to a free LAN port of your router. 3.
Connect the enclosed power supply unit to the power input [ DC 5 V/3 A ] of the HomePilot® and then plug the power supply unit into a free 230 V / 50 Hz mains socket.

*if button 2 is pressed for more than 10 seconds, the HomePilot will be reset to factory default.
