Activate log-in mode:
Press keys 1 and 2 simultaneously for 1 second. LEDs 1 and 2 flash white. The log-in mode remains active for approx. 120 seconds.
After successful login, the LEDs of the keys that are still free light up white. Select the desired key group that is still free. Successful assignment is acknowledged by three short flashes of the white LEDs.
Activate logoff mode:
Press keys 5 and 6 simultaneously for 1 second. LEDs 5 and 6 flash red. The logout mode remains active for approx. 120 seconds.
After successful logout, the LED of the associated key lights up white.
Cleaning up the DuoFern network:
Press keys 1 and 2 simultaneously for 5 seconds. During clean-up, LEDs 1+2 flash red. Notice. You can cancel the cleanup at any time by briefly tapping any key.
If the clean-up was successfully completed, the LEDs 1+2 briefly light up white.
Activate jog mode:
In jog mode, the DuoFern multiple wall switch can be used, for example, to control a blind. Attention. The toggle mode only remains active for approx. 5 seconds.
Press keys 2 and 5 simultaneously for 1 second. LEDs 2 and 5 flash red.
If toggle mode is available for a key group, the associated LED for the group on the left or right lights up bright white, tap either the left or right key for the desired key group.
left LED white = jog mode is deactivated
right LED white = jog mode is activated
Set standby lighting:
The DuoFern multiple wall switch 9494-2 has a permanent illumination that can be set in four levels (Off + 3 brightness levels). The illumination lights up permanently in the set brightness in standby. Attention. The setting mode remains active only for approx. 5 seconds.
Press keys 1 and 6 simultaneously for 1 second. LEDs 1 and 6 flash red.
Set the brightness for standby.

Activate the direction of rotation mode:
If required, you can change the direction of rotation from a registered radio tubular motor / tubular motor actuator. To use the function, only one participant per button group may be logged in. Attention. The direction of rotation mode only remains active for approx. 5 seconds.
Press keys 3 and 4 simultaneously for 1 second. LEDs 3 and 4 flash red.
If it is possible to change the direction of rotation on a key group, the associated LEDs 2, 4 or 6 light up white.
Press any key of the displayed key group to change the direction of rotation.
The LEDs 1, 3 or 5 light up red briefly and then white after the direction of rotation has been changed successfully.
Delete all settings Software - Reset:
Press keys 5 and 6 simultaneously until all LEDs light up permanently red.
