We recommend blind pushbuttons for external control of the tubular motor actuator, but you can also use blind switches. The actuator automatically detects what is connected and adjusts the function accordingly.
Blind pushbutton:
If a blind push button is connected, tap the up button once and the connected motor will go up. If you tap the Up or Down key while the motor is moving, the motor stops. If you tap the Down key, the connected motor moves down.
Advantage: The buttons are always in the same position. If the actuator is operated by a transmitter or a control center, direct operation with the pushbutton is always possible.
Blind switch:
If a blind switch is connected, set the switch to the UP position and the motor will go up, if you set the switch to the neutral position while driving, the motor will stop. Set the switch to the DOWN position to close the shutter. If you set the switch to the neutral position while driving, the motor stops. The "disadvantage" with a switch is as follows: if you move the motor with the switch up, the switch will stop in the UP position. If then the motor is closed by radio command is basically no problem, but the shutter is then closed and the switch is in the UP position. To be able to open the shutter again, the switch must first be set to neutral and then back to the UP position.
