The Troll Comfort was accidentally adjusted completely, what is the easiest way to proceed with the adjustment?

We have described the simplest settings in a quick guide.

The simplest basic settings of the Troll Comfort 5625
(also applies to the Troll Comfort DuoFern 5665).

If for some reason you have adjusted the settings of your Troll Comfort, we explain here what steps you should take to correct the settings again.

Example 1: (no Astro)

Normal opening time: 7:00
Normal closing time: 20:00

No twilight-dependent control

1. Open the menu by pressing the M button
   
   
2. Press the UP setting key once to
   reach menu item 2 and confirm with OK.
   
   
3. The display must show ON, if OFF is displayed, press the UP setting key and confirm with OK.
   
   
4. The current opening time is now displayed here; change it to suit your requirements. To do this, use the UP and DOWN setting keys.
   
   
   
5. Confirm the entry with OK.
   
   
6. Normal or Astro now flashes in the display. To use the normal opening time, select Normal and confirm with OK.
   
   
7. Now set the desired closing time.
   
   
   
8. Confirm the entry with OK.
   
   
9. Normal, Sensor or Astro now flashes in the display. To be able to use the normal closing time, select Normal and confirm with OK.
   
   
10. Exit the menu by pressing the M keyfor a longer time.

If necessary, check whether the time currently displayed is set correctly. If this is not the case, please correct it by opening the menu and selecting menu item 9, pressing OK once and then confirming item

9-1 again with OK. Change the time with the UP and DOWN setting keys and confirm each entry with OK.

Example 2 (with Astro function)

Your Troll Comfort is equipped with an astro function which calculates the dawn and dusk depending on the date and postal code. The so-called "civil twilight" is used as the basis for the calculation.

Astro controlled opening, earliest 6:00 o 'clock (important for the summer, if it e.g. already dawns at 5:00 o'clock, the shutters would be opened only at 6:00 o'clock)

Astro controlled closing: at the latest 22:00 o'clock
(even if it dawns in the summer only at 23 o'clock, the shutters are closed nevertheless at the
latest time).

1. Open the menu by pressing the M key
2. Press the UP setting key once to
   reach menu item 2 and confirm with OK.
3. The display must show ON, if OFF is displayed, press the UP setting
   key and confirm with OK.
4. The current opening time is now displayed here; this is used as the earliest time. Change this according to your wishes. To do this, use the UP and DOWN setting keys.
   
5. Confirm the entry with OK.
6. Normal or Astro now flashes in the display. To be able to use the astro-controlled opening, select Astro and confirm with OK.
7. The display now shows you the current opening time, taking into account the astro function and the earliest time.
   
   Please note that in summer the calculated twilight time will be very early and the actual opening will be determined by the earliest time. If, for example, it is twilight at 5 o'clock but you have set an earliest time of 6 o'clock, you will see ACTUAL 6 o'clock at this point.
8. Confirm with OK
9. Now set the desired latest time. If you want the roller shutter to be closed at dusk all year round, select a time as late as possible. E.g. 23 o'clock.
   
10. Confirm the entry with OK
11. The display now flashes Normal, Sensor or Astro. To be able to use the Astro-controlled closing, select Astro and confirm with OK.
12. The display will now show you the current closing time, taking into account the astro function and the latest time. Please note that in summer the calculated twilight time will be very late and the actual closing time will be determined by the latest time, e.g. if it is twilight at 11 p.m. but you have set a latest time of 8 p.m., you will see ACTUAL 8 p.m. at this point.
    
13. Exit the menu by pressing and holding the M key.

If necessary, check whether the time currently displayed is set correctly. If this is not the case, please correct it by opening the menu and selecting menu item 9, pressing OK once and then confirming item

9-1 again with OK. Change the time with the UP and DOWN setting keys and confirm each entry with OK.
