RolloTron Comfort
If a RolloTron Comfort like the 1700, 1705, 1740, 1800, 1805, 1840 shows the error Er01 in the display, this unfortunately indicates an error in the electronics.
In some cases a reset of the device helps. To do this, press and hold all 4 keys in the circle for about 5 seconds, i.e. +. -, OK and M.
If the motor does not run after the reset, please send the device to our service department for checking.
RolloTron Standard
If a RolloTron Standard like the 1300, 1305, 1340, 1400, 1405, 1440 shows an error message where all LEDs flash one after the other like a running light, this unfortunately indicates an error in the electronics.
In some cases a reset of the device helps. To do this, press all 4 keys in a circle for about 5 seconds, i.e. Sun, Moon, Clock and Auto/Manu.
If the motor does not run after the reset, please send the device to our service department for inspection.
