The difference to the normal tubular motor actuator 9471-1 is that the motor actuator 9471-2 does not switch 230 volts, but, as the name suggests, is potential-free.
Examples of use are the control of existing controls that have two separate inputs for UP and DOWN, some swing gates, but also a few garage door operators have such inputs.
Also with the control of DC motors, which have separate inputs for UP and DOWN, can be controlled with the motor actuator.
Velux skylights can also be controlled in this way. The Velux interface KLF 050 can be controlled by the motor actuator.
DC motors that are operated by rotating the polarity can NOT be controlled with the motor actuator.
Application example: Control of a Somfy radio transmitter.
