Possible causes:
Adapter has slipped off the magnetic ring
The tube motor checks the revolutions of the motor and the shaft during travel.
The adapter may have slipped off the magnetic ring on the drive head. Check that the adapter sits flush in front of the drive head and is fully inserted in the winding shaft (see instructions).
The motor must always be pushed completely into the winding shaft. The length compensation or correction is set via the position of the roll capsule
If the motor has been adapted to a different shaft size, make sure that the old adapter has been removed and replaced by the new one.
The obstacle detection responds although there is no obstacle.

The roller shutter may be too light. It must be smooth-running and have an appropriate drop weight.
Solution:
Weight down the lowest roller shutter slat (for example with a flat iron).

The winding shaft is installed too tightly.
Usually, the winding shaft is secured by a screw in the roller capsule. It is possible that the shaft was fixed too tightly during the fixing process and is thus no longer smooth-running.
Solution:
Loosen the roller capsule and insert it approx. 2-3 mm further into the winding shaft and fix the capsule again with a screw.
The motor may have switched off via the thermal protection.
The motor has a short operation time (KB) of 4 minutes and therefore switches itself off within a short time if it is run several times.
Solution:
Let the motor cool down for approx. 30 minutes.
Motor has calibrated itself incorrectly:
In some cases, the motor may have calibrated itself incorrectly.
Solution:
Reset the motor. Reset instructions.
