Yes, for this both running directions must be energized simultaneously for approx. 5 seconds until the motor acknowledges this by a short up and down movement (see instructions).
The easiest way to do this is with our universal adjustment cable.
Connect the motor of the same color to the universal setting cable.
Switch on the running direction I or II with the switch.
At the same time press - within 1 second - the key 2 (III) on the top left and hold it.
After approx. 5 seconds, the tube motor starts up briefly.
The reset has been carried out successfully.
Release the 2 (III) key.
Important: After the reset, the end points must be taught in again.
