The complete configuration of the Hue lamps is done via the Philips Hue app. This includes assigning the name, switch-on behavior, etc.
To do this, open the Philips Hue app and select Settings > Lamp settings.
Note: If Hue lamps are to be controlled by voice command, e.g. via Alexa, the bridge is registered with Alexa.
