- Prerequisite for the Philips Hue Bridge to register with the HomePilot is that the HomePilot has the latest firmware installed. At least 5.1.8. (Settings > HomePilot Configuration > Maintenance).
- The Hue Bridge and the HomePilot must be on the same network.
- The Hue Bridge must be on the latest firmware.
- The Hue and HomePilot must not have any restrictions on the network that limit communication. (Parental control, guest network, etc.).
- If the HomePilot is operated via WLAN and repeaters are used, you should connect the HomePilot via LAN if possible and repeat the registration process.
- Restart the bridge and the HomePilot once and repeat the process.
- In some cases it may take some time until the Hue Bridge is found. For this purpose, leave the login mode started for a longer time. After 15 minutes, the process is automatically terminated by the HomePilot.
- Restart the router if necessary and then repeat the login process.
If the bridge is not found, please connect Homepilot and bridge directly to the router via LAN cable and repeat the process!
