First of all, it must be said that the most common reason for the motor to stop is not the timer, but the motor itself or the mechanics of the roller shutter.
Info about this also under The tubular motor stops between the end points for no apparent reason?
Nevertheless, the Troll timer can also lead to the error pattern.
The Troll has a switchable blockage detection for tubular motors with mechanically adjustable limit switches. In this case, the Troll timer detects whether the connected motor is blocked and switches off.
If you use a tube motor with electronic end point adjustment, this function cannot be used because the Troll clock cannot perform the necessary measurement. A wrong result will occur and the Troll will interrupt the running of the motor.
In this case, switch the blockage detection to OFF under menu item 9-6.
