Prerequisites:
Please check first if the motion detection is switched on for your camera. The easiest way to do this is to call up the camera in your HomePilot app or via the PC interface and check the status. If motion is detected, the status will change and a new timestamp will be entered. If there has been no status change here for a long time, you should check the camera's settings.
Emails are sent to the email address to which the HomePilot has been registered. The HomePilot must be registered and online.
Settings:
Then create a trigger: name for example: "Movement in the living room".
Select the event "Motion" and as source the appropriate camera. Reaction to "Motion detected
After the event has been created, you can now specify under "THEN" that a message is created. Click that you want to receive images. You can define the subject and the message yourself.
If you want to receive the messages only when motion n a certain period was detected, you can easily add a condition. For example, period between 11pm and 6am.
