If, when logging in a device, you have left the menu prematurely before the device has been assigned to a group, the device is logged in but cannot be called up.
In this case, open the menu and select
Settings > Group > Participants
Use the group selection button at the bottom right to select the appropriate group, if necessary, and add the device to the group by selecting the device and clicking OK.
