Combination of two central operating stations 9493-1
You have the option of saving the data of the DuoFern central operating unit on your PC. The maintenance tool can be used for this purpose. The saved data can be transferred to another central operating unit.
After the data has been transferred, disconnect the DuoFern central operating unit from the PC and remove the batteries once for approx. 10 seconds. After inserting the batteries, the data is synchronized and the central controller is thus cloned.
Cloning is intended for the case when one control panel is to be replaced by another. You must not use two control panels with the same data in one system.
Combination of an old 9493 manual control panel and a new 9493-1 manual control panel
Note: The data from the old DuoFern Manual Control 9493 can NOT be transferred to the new central operating unit.
In this case, each individual actuator must be registered again. Use the Remote login function for this purpose.
Call up the menu item 1-1-2-3 on the old central controller and select the first actuator. Tap the Up key once to start the login mode. The login mode remains active for two minutes.
Now start the logon mode at the new central operating unit under Radio setting. The new central operating unit will find the actuator. You can now proceed directly to the next actuator by selecting the Second actuator at the old central operating unit and tapping the Up key again. This device will also be found by the new central control unit. Repeat this procedure until all devices are displayed in the new central unit.
